Each customer has its own billing profile with its own unique rates. The invoicing system uses this billing profile when running invoicing to determine what to charge for and how much to charge.

Volume Based Rate Structure
Multi-tier volume-based rate structures allows you to have different rates depending on the quantities you are dealing with. For example, you can have one rate for quantities between 1 and 100 but offer a better rate for quantities greater than 100.
Charge Based On Unit Types
Rate structures based on different types of units e.g. pallets and cartons. This allows you to setup rates structures based on the unit types. For example, you may charge more for pallets then for cartons.
Minimum and Maximum Rates
Setup minimum and maximum rates for quantities based on the different unit types.
Charge Based On Weight
If you don't want to charge a flat fee or bill by unit types you can charge per hundred weight and setup optional minimum and maximum rates.
Customizable Accessorial Charges
To bill for recurring items that aren't storage or handling you can create a your own custom accessorial charges profile. For instance you can tell the system to always charge a bill of lading fee for every shipment that goes out. You can charge based on a flat rate, per unit rate, or a per cwt rate. You can decide if this charge is for inbound activity or outbound activity.
QuickBooks Invoice Transfer Utility
Copy invoices to QuickBooks using the optional invoice transfer utility program. The Windows based program runs on your desktop PC and interfaces with both Velocity WMS and your QuickBooks desktop software. It's a real time saver if you have many invoices to copy.
