With the Velocity WMS reporting module, you have the ability to automate the process of sending reports on a schedule by creating a report subscription.
If you have a customer that wants an inventory report sent every Monday morning you have the ability to setup a report subscription where you define which report is sent out, who it is sent to, in what format it is sent out in, and on what days and time the report should be sent out.
Features:
- Set the dates and times that the report will be emailed
- Set the recipients, subject , body, and report attachment format of the email.
- Choose from one of many file formats for the report attachment: PDF, Excel, Word, HTML, XML, and CSV
- Manage (create, update, delete) an unlimited number of report subscriptions
